Frequently asked questions

where should I park/ how do i find the office?

Parking is free and is directly outside, one of the perks of being outside of Denver! The office is located inside the Active Lab Gym, it’s the first door you will see on the right hand side when you walk in!

What should i wear to my appointment?

I recommend wearing work out clothes, rehab may be a part of your treatment and I want to be able to see you move without restriction!

Do you take insurance?

I am not currently in network with any insurance companies, if you wish to submit your own claims let me know and I can provide you with an itemized receipt!

Why don’t you take insurance?

To be in network, providers have to agree to a lower reimbursement rate. With lower reimbursement rates, in network providers are oftentimes forced to spend less time with patients, treat multiple patients at a time, and/or use cheaper, more passive modalities (heat/ice, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, etc.) to try to get you better, instead of treatments tailored to you. I prefer more of a one-on-one style of treatment where you have my full attention throughout your treatment. I prefer to spend extra time getting to know you and your body, helping to create an individualized, active plan of care. This preference results in fewer visits to get you back on track, which ultimately saves you money and time.

How long will appointments be?

Generally your first visit will be around 45 minutes to an hour, and any follow up appointments last 20-30 minutes depending on what types of treatment you are receiving!
