MY mission

My passion is helping others create the healthiest version of themselves. Whether through safe and noninvasive chiropractic care, or through consistent personal training I believe that everyone should be able to reach their goals without pain or barriers. It is important for me to educate and motivate my patients to be active in their own treatment. Patients are often given home care exercises to promote more permanent changes. You won't be given false promises, lengthy treatment plans, or a one size fits all treatment, everything prescribed is individualized and custom to your personal goals!

What does it mean to be a sports chiropractor?

I am an ACBSP Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, having completed 100 hours of specialized training in the field of sports medicine in addition to my Doctorate degree in Chiropractic Medicine. Sports Chiropractors use comprehensive movement screens to assess patients’ movements, and based upon these findings determine patients’ unique risk factors for potential injury development.

Sports Chiropractors combine manual therapy, corrective exercise and strength training to not only treat current injuries but to prevent future injuries to keep athletes performing at their optimum level. The goals of treatment are to change a patient's biomechanics to make them a more efficient athlete who is less susceptible to injury.

What can i expect during my first visit?

Chiropractic care varies a lot by provider so we want you to feel comfortable as soon as you step foot in the office. A first visit will start with a lengthy health history, followed by an exam where I will be checking your range of motion, muscle strength, reflexes, and doing some quick orthopedic tests on whatever it was that brought you in. After the exam we will know more about what type of injury you are dealing with and we can begin treatment accordingly. Feel free to contact me with any other questions that may arise prior to your first visit!
